Ghana Must Learn A Lesson From Neighboring Countries

I first and foremost call on the attention of Ghanaians, in particular the world in general to pray for Ghana to continue enjoying the outstanding natural resources that God has blessed her with and for that matter peace and freedom.

However, no matter the amount of prayers, if justice, truth and transparency muscles are weak, prayers will not gain grounds. If there is no justice, truth and transparency, God will never answer our prayers. Unfortunately, the institutions in charge of Justice are a victim of circumstance. Thus, the judges have failed with corruption, the police service which is the back bone of ensuring peace and order just recently crashed with civilians.

Let us cry for justice, truth and transparency, if not we should forget of reserving peace for ourselves not to talk of the next generation.

Descending to the E.C., it is the next hope of ensuring truth, justice and transparency. If it failed, Ghana will be ANAHG (thus the reverse spelling of GHANA). Forget the issue of political differences as when violence erupts, it doesn’t see to which political party you belong too so let’s face the reality. If we refuse to respect justice, truth and transparency. Violence and political crises will not fell shy to be on board.

Better still, the president is recognize if there is peace and so are the ministers, the affluent, the stars etc, so let’s together call for peace by ensuring truth, justice and transparency.
Make hay whiles the sun shine.

Finally, in case there will be 2016 election, whosoever wins the election genuinely should be sworn as president.

Besides, if lies, force, intimidation, harassment, injustice, violence and weapons are the criteria for declaring 2016 election, Ghana will be a Siamese twin of Burkina Faso crises. Thus, twins who are together with legs, face, stomach and everything together and vice-versa.

May God have mercy on Burkina Faso and may HE ensure truth, justice and transparency before, during and after the election.

To assist the cripple on a slippery ground, I suggest that professor Allottey (the renowned world mathematician, Kofi Annan (former UN Secretary General, Asantehene, I.G.P, defence minister, the two former presidents, chancellors of both Government and private institutions, peace council, Christian council, Islamic council, Ghana bar association, US embassy, British high commission and any important persons and body both within and outside the country to have a closed door meeting with the electoral commission three consecutive time together with the political leaders.

Moreover, a neutral body should be created to help the electoral commission with results collation. The results should be channeled through a neutral collation centre before reaching the E. C. for the best of all so as to escape the previous unfortunate wrath (the 2012 election petition).

I finally pray our leaders will manage our problems internally rather than extending it to the international community through INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT OF JUSTICE which I consider unfortunate.
