The four-time African champions are still the 41st best national team, according to the world's football governing body.
Ghana are unchanged in the latest Fifa World Ranking for March.
Released on Thursday, the latest table shows Ghana on 41 position between Denmark (40) and Peru (42), with an accompanying drop in total accumulated points from 691 to 656.
On the continental level, the Black Stars still hold on to the fourth position behind new leaders Cape Verde (31 overall), Cote d'Ivoire (36) and Algeria (37). Tunisia (47), Senegal (48), Egypt (53), Congo DR (58), Congo (59) and Cameroon (61) comprise the top ten in that order.
Beginning the New Year on 37th position, the Black Stars’ last assignments were a goalless stalemate and a 2-0 triumph in back-to-back games with Comoros last November.
Back on the global ladder, there was no change among the top 13, with Belgium, Argentina, Spain, Germany, Chile, Brazil, Portugal, Colombia, England and Austria making up the top 10 in that order.
Ghana’s highest performance since the ranking’s introduction in August 1993 was a 14 place in February 2008, while an 89 position in June 2004 remains the worst ever.
The Black Stars return to action later this month in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers when they take on Mozambique – currently ranked 100 – in a double header.
The next edition of the ranking will be released on April 7.
