Nana Addos "Real SoNA" Is Based On Mere Speculation - Ade Coker

Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Joseph Ade Coker says the exercise by the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP’s) Presidential Candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo to redefine the current state of the country is a mere speculation-based action with no evidence.

According to him, Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP failed to give evidence of their claim of what they believe to be the "Real State of the Nation Address" as compared to empirical evidence President Mahama attached to his delivery in Parliament.

Giving account of what President John Mahama said in Parliament last week Thursday, Ade Coker on Okay FM’s 'Ade Akye Abia' Morning Show reminded that the President showed evidence of a beneficiary from the Community Based School project as promised three years ago.

Admitting though that President John Mahama has not been able to fulfill his promise of constructing all the 200 Community Based Schools, Ade Coker mentioned that 123 of the schools are at various stages of completion and some of the schools are operational, of which President Mahama showed evidence in Parliament.

He maintained that President Mahama was able to demonstrate with graphic display of roads being constructed and evidence based people who are living testimonies of contracts they have received from the NDC government.

Commenting on the NPP’s "Real State of the Nation Address", Ade Coker insisted Nana Akufo-Addo failed woefully to show evidence of their supposed 30,000 kilometers of roads construction in the country.

“The NPP could not show for it their 30,000 kilometers of roads they claim to have done . . . Nkrumah Circle and Kasoa Interchanges are clear to see that President Mahama is working for Ghana,” he argued.

He stressed that the “NPP should have shown graphic display of their roads and other achievements to Ghanaians in their presentation. They just quoted unfounded economic figures to confuse Ghanaians, but our good works speak for themselves."
