The weather will be cloudy with thunderstorms and rain showers over the northern sector on Monday morning. This will induce cloudiness over southern Ghana with widespread mist and fog over places and intermittent light rain showers over forest and high grounds with brief sunny periods in the afternoon, according to the weather forecast issued by the Ghana Meteorological Agency in Accra. It said northern Ghana would continue to be cloudy and dull during the forecast period. Minimum temperature in the coastal areas would be 23 degrees Celsius and maximum of 28 degrees Celsius. The middle sector would have a minimum temperature of 22 degrees and maximum of 28 degrees while the northern sector would have a minimum temperature of 21 degrees and maximum of 27 degrees.
