Convener for Pressure group, Let My Vote Count Alliance (LMVCA), David Asante says their main aim as a group is to work hard through diverse dimensions to ensure free and fair elections come 7th November. �Ghana would never know peace if the right procedures pertaining to the coming polls are not well taken into consideration by authorities capable of leading the nation into elections as well with credible voters register.� He noted that �It would be difficult for members of a party to understand when votes belonging to their party by facts have been given to another. This is because as I speak now most of the political party�s per their various campaign tours know without doubt constituencies belonging they would win votes from and vice versa.� According to him it would be very wrong for a flag bearer of a party as well a sitting government who has served more than 4 years, to say he has been given 8 years to serve his term of office as a president when elections are yet to be conducted. �I am saying this because I don�t expect a party in government to still struggle for power sturdily with an incoming government if they performed their required duty well during their term of office,� he said on Okay FM.
