The youth wing of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has stopped a rally which was being organised by a group calling itself Grassroot Support For JM.
The rally which was to be held at the Kawukudi park in Accra was stopped because according to the party, due process was not followed.

YOUTH RALLY AT KAWUKUDI PARK ORGANIZED BY GRASSROOT SUPPORT FOR JM
The attention of the youth wing have been drawn to a purported rally being organized by a group calling itself grassroot support for JM at kawukudi park.
The National Youth Organizer Mr. Sidii Abubakar and his two deputies Mr. Kobby Barlon and Mr. James Kofi Fonu Kpatakpa by this notice is informing its massive youth of the party to ignore and boycott this program due to the fact that due processes and laid down structures of the party were not followed.
The party operates with discipline and command structure hence the party will not hesitate to support any grouping or individual who wants to operate under the laid down structures of our beloved party to ensure victory come November 7 2016. Further, the party will also not guarantee the security and protection of any individual who participates in this program.
