Results of Week 6 Games of Ghana Premier League

Accra Hearts of Oak suffered their first loss of the season after going down 3:1 to visiting Wa All Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium, sparking off angry reactions from their fans who complained of bias officiating on the part of central referee Ernest Baafi and his assistants, Eric O. Mensah and Freeman Anwulo.

The trio needed the police to shield their exit into the dressing room as bottled and bagged water rained in their path after the match.

And at Dormaa, Aduana Stars pipped Asante Kotoko by a lone goal to hand the Porcupine Warriors a rest at the bottom of league log, while defending champions Ashantigold, received a drubbing at the hands of Liberty Professionals. That match ended 5:1.
