Hearts of Oak coach Yatsuhashi apologises for loss

The Phobians manager says he takes the blame for their shock 3-1 home defeat against WA All Stars on Sunday.

Hearts of Oak coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi believes his team will recover from their weekend’s home defeat and return even stronger in the Ghana Premier League.

The Accra giants lost 3-1 to WA All Stars on Sunday to end their unbeaten run of four wins and a draw from five games.

All Stars are now the only unbeaten side in the Ghana Premier League so far this season.

"I apologise for not being able to win but I am proud of how well and hard our players played,” Yatsuhashi wrote on his Facebook page.

"It was my fault that we did not win the game. We will go back on the training grounds and we will work hard again.

"I did not think we would go through the season without losing any games. We never say die."

Hearts will face Techiman City in away fixture next weekend.
