NDC Members In ASEC (KASOA) Are Desperate Losers - NPP Can Do Youth
The youth wing of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Awutu Senya East Constituency, 'Can Do Boys' has dismissed the allegation of the NDC in the Constituency that they have attacked the DCE for Gomoa East, Hon. Joehu Appiah.
The NDC in the Constituency goes on to accuse the NPP Youth wing that they have on several occasions attacked the ruling party in Awutu Senya East, especially one NDC supporter at Dokutsekope for pasting the posters of the NDC Parliamentary candidate, Adams Nhu.
Responding to the allegation in a press release copied to Peacefmonline.com, the Youth Wing said they had never attacked the Gomoa East DCE, even though he indeed pulled down a bill board belonging to Hon. Mavis Hawa Koomson, NPP MP for Awutu Senya East.
NPP Youth wing however described the NDC in the Awutu Senya East Constituency as desperate losers who have a trade mark in peddling falsehood to convince the constituents as there is no other means to wrestle the Kasoa seat from Hon. Hawa Koomson.
“NPP is not in any way desperate to get hold of the Kasoa seat since the constituents see Hon. Hawa Koomson and the NPP as the right person and a party to manage the affairs of the people of Kasoa (Awutu Senya East)”.
“We rather see NDC in Kasoa as the desperados who are leaving no stone unturned to wrestle power from the NPP. Their desperation caused President Mahama to constantly visit Kasoa and also mentioned the constituency in any given opportunity to speak to Ghanaians”.

Our attention has been drawn to a news release by the communication team of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Awutu Senya East Constituency that the Can Do Boys and Hawa Boys have attacked Hon. Joehu Appiah, the DCE for Gomoa East District for allegedly pulling down a bill board belonging to Hon. Hawa Koomson, NPP MP for Awutu Senya East.
The release goes on to accuse us that we have on several occasions attacked the NDC in the Awutu Senya East Constituency and one NDC supporter at Dokutsekope for pasting the posters of the NDC Parliamentary candidate Hon. Adams Nuhu.
It is time to set the records straight about how for the fact that members of the ruling NDC in Awutu Senya East Constituency have suppressed and intimated and even violated our political right to mount the bill boards of the incumbent MP, Hon. Mavis Hawa Koomson at certain authorised places.
Due to the democratic and tolerant nature and tradition of the NPP and Hon. Hawa Koomson, the NPP Can Do Youth in Kasoa have on many occasions tolerated and disciplined ourselves to abide by the laws of the land.
We can categorically state that there is no iota of truth in all the allegations level against this noble group of young men who are intellectuals with engineering, teaching, banking, driving, dress making, etc backgrounds to stoop so low to foment trouble in a constituency under the control of the NPP and Hon. Hawa Koomson.
NPP is not in any way desperate to get hold of the Kasoa seat since the constituents see Hon. Hawa Koomson and the NPP as the right person and a party to manage the affairs of the people of Kasoa (Awutu Senya East).

We are aware of the machinations of the NDC in Awutu Senya East to make Hon. Hawa Koomson unpopular and appear a bad leader before the people of Kasoa in order to pave unforeseen way for the NDC Parliamentary candidate, Adams Nuhu. They know there is no way they can get closer to the Kasoa seat and so they have decided to use lies and desperate means to push their way through.
We have been brought up in a way not to trade insults and so we the Can Do Youth of NPP at Awutu Senya East Constituency find the name calling from the NDC as their way of life and trade mark in the political history of the country.
We therefore welcome the challenge of the NDC to go into the 2016 elections campaign on issue based without lies and slander to the constituents and the electorates. We have forgiven the NDC in Awutu Senya East for rather destroying the bill boards of Hon. Hawa Koomson on many times despite the instruction of the District Police Commander to make sure the bill boards are erected again.
We are being accused of amicably paying a visit to the District Assembly of Gomoa East for further clarification from the DCE, his motive for pulling down the bill board of Hon. Hawa Koomson.
It is on record that the District Police Commander for Gomoa East praised NPP Can Do Youth for healthy discussion to resolve the issue amicably without paying back the NDC in their own coin. We can only deduce from the desperation of the NDC in Awutu Senya East as bad losers who will do anything to win public sympathy for cheap political scores.
The people of Kasoa are well aware of the behaviour of the NDC in the constituency when it comes to violence. It is a known fact that NDC pose more security threat in Awutu Senya East and Ghana at last as the current happening in Atebubu in the Brong Ahafo region in NDC where they have burnt houses, the DCE’s office simply because he didn’t allow corruption to take place in the district is enough evidence to show.
We will continue to point out and expose the hidden secrets of the NDC in Awutu Senya East to bring foreigners to come and vote in the 2016 general elections. We are well awake to monitor the NDC during, before and after the elections because it is undeniable fact that Ghanaians have made their minds to vote out President Mahama and the NDC out of power in the November 7 polls.
NDC should employ new method of winning public sympathy because this is an old fashion way which they have used for far long; Ghanaians are not ready to believe in the lies of the NDC in the coming elections.
