Nduom Mourns Jake

2012 presidential candidate of the Progressive Peoples Party Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom has called on the family of the late Jake Obetsebi Lamptey to mourn with the family for their loss.

Commiserating with the family, Dr Nduom who was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Yvonne Nduom, top executives of the PPP as well as some management members of Groupe Nduom, said the late Jake Obetsebi Lamptey was someone who affected the many lives he came into contact with, stating that Jake did his best for his nation, family and business associates.

According to him the life of Jake must be celebrated as the many encounters he had with the late politician always left a mark on him as his affable nature shone through every conversation.

‘‘In life you associate with people either because you are doing business together, you are the same political party or same government but Jake was different. It was good he was around, and it was a joy to be with him’’.

Receiving Dr Nduom, a friend to the Obetsebi Lamptey family thanked Dr Nduom and his family for taking time off their busy schedule to commiserate with the grieving family. Saying he was particularly grateful to Ghanaians for the outpouring of heartfelt messages of condolence to the family.

The late Jake Obetsebi Lamptey died on 20th of March, 2016 in London where he was receiving treatment for ailments unknown to the public.

The family has set a tentative date of 21st April, 2016 for the pre-burial and funeral rites of the late Jake Otanka Obetsebi Lamptey.
