Homeopathy Has Come To Stay - Head of Genesis Homeopathic Clinic

Genesis Homeopathic Clinic has been officially launched to cater for the health needs of Ghanaians.

The clinic was unveiled on Sunday, May 1 at Tema.

Genesis Homeopathic Clinic was conceived in the year 2003 with the aim of treating all manner of diseases.

Homeopathic drugs have been known worldwide to be an effective solution to numerous diseases.

According to research, homeopathy is a system of alternative medicine based on reason that the symptoms of a disease in healthy people would cure similar symptoms in sick people.

Homeopathic medicines have been used by over 200 million people worldwide to treat both acute and chronic conditions; the British Homeopathic Association confirmed.

Head of the Genesis Homeopathic Clinic, Dr. Adu Boahene in an interview with Peacefmonline.com explained the benefits of the Homeopathic Clinic in addressing the health needs of the nation.

“Homeopathy is a system of medicine that is based on nature’s law for healing. Like should be made to cure like…We, as homeopaths, developed vaccines and then the orthodox took over. [We] treat all manner of diseases without side effects and those that we cannot treat are those that require surgical intervention and those that require extreme psychological intervention. Those are the cases we refer.

“But when it is related to diet, when it is related to organ or other system failure and malfunctions; homeopathy is the best," he said.

Genesis Homeopathic Clinic has been "duly registered, licensed and the practitioners certified to practice here in Ghana" by the Monitoring and Enforcement of the Traditional Medicine Practice Council under Act 575 (2000) of the Parliament of Ghana.

Addressing the gathering at the launch of the Clinic, Head of Monitoring and Enforcement of the Traditional Medicine Practice Council Martin Azaglo noted that "homeopathic – a branch of alternative medicine – has come to stay in Ghana. Practitioners of homeopathy have been contributing immensely to the healthcare system of Ghana."

Dr. Saiid Kwesi Adu of the Last Homeopathic Research and Clinic noted that homeopathic medicine "makes the person whole…The body doesn’t want anything that will suppress anything. The body wants something that will energize the body. That will strengthen the body to fight the disease. Homeopathic drugs are not something that does anything for the body except helping the body to fight any problem…Homeopathic drugs do not cause any problems.”

Genesis Homeopathic Clinic is located at the VALCO Roundabout, Community 4, at Tema.

The Clinic has a team of experienced health practitioners to promote and treat all manner of diseases with experience, advanced medical technologies at affordable cost. As part of their preliminary corporate social responsibility, the clinic is offering free health services for a week for all patients.

Facilities at the clinic include consulting rooms, rest rooms, OPD, water filter, electronic pulse massagers for physical therapy and rehabilitation, bed massager and so forth.
