Man.United Coach Is 'Smashed Up' By Fans HurlingBottles As Team Arrives For Final Match

West Ham's emotional farewell to Upton Park took an ugly turn when Manchester United's team coach was targeted by Hammers supporters hurling bottles on its way to the ground.

Thousands of fans filled the streets around the Boleyn Ground, but after joyous scenes had greeted Slaven Bilic's side, the mood turned unsavoury when the visitors' coach was bottled as it wound onto Green Street.

The match has been delayed until 8.30pm after the United coach eventually arrived at the stadium just 35 minutes before the original 7.45pm kick-off, and United captain Wayne Rooney called on his players to remain focused on the job.
