When Koko hitmaker, EL was declared as the artiste of the year at the VGMAs, musician Diamond Appiah took to her Instagram handle throwing some jabs at EL.

According to her, EL doesn't in anyway merit the award and that she appreciates EL's talent as a good producer and an artiste but truth be told, EL doesn't deserve the artiste of the year nod at all.

Just this morning, BETs released the nominees for this year's Best African Int Act and our very own Mzvee was in there alongside Wizkid, Yemi Alade and others.

On congratulating MzVee, Diamond again went ahead to throw some shots at EL again.
