Bill Cosby arrived at court in Norristown, Pennsylvania on Tuesday morning as testimony got underway to determine whether or not his sex assault case would head to trial.
The disgraced comedian, 78, smiled and waved at the crowd as he entered the courtroom, looking far more youthful than he has during recent appearances and not relying on a cane to walk.
Montgomery County prosecutors are presenting their case to the judge and laying out why they believe they have enough evidence to send the case to trial.
