The General Secretary of the People�s National Convention (PNC), Bernard Mornah says there is no need to rejoice over the latest IMF report because in reality the situation is different.

A latest IMF report suggests an improved Ghanaian economy.

However contributing to a panel discussion on Radio Gold�s Alhaji and Alhaji, Bernard Mornah said the �improved Ghanaian economy� is only on paper.

�We can only pat ourselves on paper that we are doing well but in reality; it is not the case. You live in a country where greater proportion of our population is poor�it is important that we push into the lives of these people�yes we are getting somewhere but we have not reached�there are indications�.but it does not depict the true picture��
