Whilst the competition becomes keener by the day, there are still some artistes who determined to breakthrough no matter the challenges and one of such artistes is Fayastone Afrika of Lyon Entertainment.
Though he is not new in the music business as he has been around for the past years with the name Firestone, he has undergone re-branding especially with his name.
He started spelling his name Firestone but upon advice from his management team, he has rebranded to Fayastone Afrika because the earlier one is a known vehicle tyre brand which will disturb his image on the international stage in future. In an interview with Fayastone Afrika who happens to be a fine singer with high dreams to become one of the finest Afro Pop artiste in Africa , he stated that though he has been around for sometime, he now sees himself as starting his career because his record label Lyon Entertainment has put down measures in place to put him out as a readymade artiste.
“I am really grateful to my Record Label Lyon Entertainment because I now feel like I have started serious music business and I am not going to let them down. I know the talent I have in me so with the necessary push from my label, Ghana, Africa and the world at large is now about to experience the talent in me. I want my fans to know that on Wednesday, one of my singles will be released unto the music market with premieres on radio especially Pluzz fm`s AM Pluzz for the first review.
The song is a danceable one with clear African vibes and instrumentation called “Ade Mele” aka she is mine. “Ade Mele” is a Kyerepong language. I decided to fuse in my local language because I come from Adukrom in the Eastern Region and the message speaks well of true love. In the song, I am actually telling my loved one that among all the ladies, she is my queen so she should not doubt my love for her. The song was produced, mixed and mastered by our resident producer Methmix. I know this song will cause a great stir in the entertainment industry because I intend to win an award with this song next year. The video will be released soon because preparations are underway to shoot it with one of the best music video directors we have in Ghana” Fayastone Afrika told media people in a short media briefing last week.
Fayastone is the first artiste to be signed on by Lyon Entertainment with several artistes in the pipeline to be promoted very soon. Fans can follow Fayastone Afrika on all social media platforms with his stage name Fayastone Afrika as well as Lyon Entertainment because after Wednesday, the song will be available online including our social media platforms for free downloads.
