TP Mazembe President Moise Katumbi has been jailed for 3-years over illegal purchase of a flat.
Katumbi was also Fined $6million by authorities.
The case was brought against Katumbi by a Greek national who accussed the TP Mazembe bankroller of using his position as governor of Katanga province to take over land belonging to him.
The renowned football administrator who is currently in London receiving medical treament is said to have purchase as flat without the right documentation hence being sanctioned for his action.
The situation could affect the Club which has Ghanaian quintet Daniel Nii Agyei, Solomon Asante, Gladson Awako, Yaw Frimpong and Kissi Boateng.
