Kim Scott, formerly known as Kim Mathers has battled with drugs for years. She was Eminem's childhood sweetheart and married him, twice. They finally separated in 2006 after Kim got pregnant for another man while married but estranged from Eminem. She was spotted outside her home in Michigan this week looking a little different.
