His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills will on Friday, 9th October, 2009 commission a new Cocoa Processing Plant in Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region. He will be joined by the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to commission the plant.
Meanwhile, the 2nd Town Hall Meeting shall be held today, Thursday, 8th October at the Catholic Social Centre in Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region. The event starts at 8:30am. The Town Hall Meeting will provide the inhabitants of the Municipality the opportunity to participate directly in the determination of the development agenda of the Bolgatanga Municipality. Residents and interest groups of all persuasions are entreated to avail themselves of this opportunity to help shape the development agenda of the Municipality.
