PPP To Lead Nation Back To Prosperity

A government of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) would lead the country back to prosperity to end the economic pain and suffering of the population.

Mr. Daniel Teiko, the party’s parliamentary candidate for the Subin, said there would be transparency and efficiency in the management of the nation’s resources.

It would act decisively to tackle waste and corruption in the system, he added.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in Kumasi, he said they were going to give hope to the large army of unemployed youth.

He indicated that Dr. Nduom-led Administration would make sure that there was opportunity for everybody.

He gave the assurance that the erratic power supply would be addressed and that businesses would be given the needed push to grow.

He said the party would keep faith with the people, and that there would not be a betrayal of trust of voters.

Touching on his development vision for his constituency, Mr. Teiko said he would focus priority attention on education – formal and informal.

He would do everything to assist get all children of school-going age enrolled whilst supporting the out-of-school youth to learn employable skills.

He complained about poor sanitation and said he would work closely with the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) to deal with the situation.

Mr. Teiko underlined the need for the combination of public education and strict enforcement of sanitation bye-laws to get the people to do the right things to keep the city clean.
