Wontumi Eulogizes Daasebre Gyamenah

The good works of Daasebre Gyamenah in the music industry would forever live on and his good vibes would always have a positive impact in our hearts, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party has said.

Mr. Benard Antwi Boasiako popularly known as Chairman ‘Wontumi’ spoke to Peacefmonline.com shortly after it was confirmed by a brother of Daasebre Gyamenah on Okay FM that the highlife musician had died at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital (KBTH).

According to Chairman ‘Wontumi’, it saddens him to hear about the death of people who have strived to use their God given talent to shape the society we live in.

I was listening to Okay fm this morning when I heard the brother of Daasebre open up about the sad news. The news broke me down but I believe the Lord knows best”, he said.

Chairman ‘Wontumi’ called on the late Daasebre’s family to stand firm in this of time of trials and believe the God has prepared a better place for him above.

The soul of Daasebre Gyamenah is certainly before his maker awaiting judgment as the King James Version of the bible tells us in Hebrews 9:27 that : And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment”, he quoted.

The mortal remains of highlife musician, Daasebre Gyamenah is currently at the St. Joseph Hospital Morgue in Koforidua. Although the late musician was a Muslim, his family will not be bury him in line with Islamic tradition. They claim he was a royal from the New Juaben Traditional Area.
