Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu was a full-timer on the opening day of the Italian Serie A as Udinese were clobbered 4-0 at AS Roma on Saturday.
The Ghana international was part of a packed midfield lined up by head coach Giuseppe Iachini.
But they were overpowered by their hosts as they capitulated in the second half.
Diego Perotti bagged a brace and singles strikes from Edin Dzeko and Mohamed Salah gave the capital club.
