Hearts Sack Portuguese Coach Sergio Traguil

Accra Hearts of Oak have parted ways with Portuguese trainer Sergio Traguil following the team’s poor run in the League. Traguil was given his sack letter on Tuesday at the Club’s secretariat in Accra.

The Coach who took over from Japanese Kenichi Yatsuhashi leaves the Rainbow Club after just two-months in charge of the team.

Assistant Coach Yaw Preko will take over as the interim manager until the end of the season.

Hearts bid to win this season’s Ghana Premier League seemed to have hit a snag after a 3-1 defeat to Bechem United last Sunday.

The former Ghanaian Champions could not maintain their consistency as they lie 4th on the League table with 42 points. – GhanaSports
