�Nigeria Most Beautiful Ghana� 2016 Launched

On the 3rd of September 2016, was the official flag off and press briefing of the upcoming event in Accra, “Nigeria Most Beautiful Ghana” beauty pageant.

The event which was held at the Nigerian cultural center, Accra, Ghana, had in attendance various top media personalities across Nigeria and Ghana, while several leading Ghana based entertainment celebrities including popular actors like Prince David Osei and Artus Frank also graced the occasion.

The Nigeria High Commissioner to Ghana, Mrs. Adekunbi Sonaike-Ayodeji, was represented by Mr. Fonma Usoro and below is the speech delivered at the event.

We give thanks to God Almighty, for making today’s event a reality and a heartfelt gratitude to our friends for their tremendous help in all activities leading to today’s program.

Most importantly, we are grateful to the Nigeria High Commissioner and all the staff of the High Commission, for always been there for us.

Your kind support and gesture has spanned a greater and positive impact in realizing today’s event that will however focus on promoting diversity and dexterity in Nigeria’s rich culture.

Also i personally want to salute and recognize the courage and effort of our partners for believing and sharing our dream with their full support and to our friends from media, we say a special thank you. The purpose of this gathering is to officially flag off Nigeria’s Most Beautiful Ghana beauty pageant. A platform established for young Nigerian ladies between the ages of 18 and 26 either schooling or resident in Ghana.

The creation of this great initiative is aimed at building more role models with a vision to provide for and to empower Nigerian young women in developing the confidence they need to achieve their personal best, to build their self esteem and to strive endlessly in their various endeavor.

The pageant will enable contestants to shine a spot light on Nigeria through fashion show, talent display and cultural performance, which will hereby educate and inform Ghana and the world at large about the beauty of Nigeria’s rich culture.

The (NMBG) Winner will embark on various humanitarian projects alongside her team, (with special focus on breast cancer awareness campaign) across the ten regions of Ghana for one year as our way of giving back to the host nation (Ghana).

This we believe will furthermore promote and strengthen the bilateral relation between the two nations, while promoting Nigeria’s cultural diversity and dexterity in Ghana.
D’Emperor Media Consult has put together professionals and sound minded team to provide a juicy platform for young aspiring beauty ambassadors, the opportunity to grow as well rounded individuals towards a new order of projecting Nigeria’s image in Ghana.

Likewise to enhance self confidence, strengthen leadership skills and accomplish personal and professional goals.

while the grand audition will hold in Accra on the 24th of September and the event’s Grand finale slated to hold on October 22nd, 2016 at the National Theatre.

The NMBG 2016 titleholder will be become associated with many organizations as a goodwill ambassador. Will enjoy a one year official car (courtesy of Abbey Music Records) and also sign a one year Nollywood/Ghallyood deal with Deo Studio Films, one year image branding with cash prizes as well.

The process is aimed to further encourage the young beauty ambassadors who have shown strong leadership skills at a young age to be more involved in humanitarian projects, that will help them in limelight of their career.

The NMBG grand finale, will bring together hundreds of the brightest business and body of corporate personalities from the two countries, top and leading Ghanaian and Nigerian women in leadership and business, celebrities, students and community leaders for a night of fun and glamour, with exciting event designed to represent the beauty of Nigeria’s rich culture.

This event will further contribute massively to the cultural integration between the two nations and at the same time serve as a more unifying avenue for Nigerians and Ghanaians as well. However, the event has the endorsement of the Nigeria High Commission in Ghana and all Nigeria Community, Ghana.
