Islamic Cleric Warns The Media Ahead Of Election 2016

An Islamic cleric, numerologist and philosopher, Sheikh Ustaz Sham-Una Jibril who is known for his accurate predictions on both local and international issues says the media must be cautious of their reportage ahead of December 7 polls.

He urged that, the media must promote peace – before, during and after the election “The media must be mindful of their utterances and all the activities in this election season.”

Speaking to Peacefmonline.com Sheikh Ustaz Sham-Una Jibril noted that, other developing countries have interest in Ghana’s polls so the media must be proficient in their line of duty to feed the world with precise information.

“I strongly know and believe that Ghanaian media know themselves that they are connected to the international front but I wish to draw their attention that they are connected beyond what they think of. Can you imagine xzinho news agency in China follows my predictions on Peacefmonline.com and other sites?"

“Surprisingly, one news agency in Indonesia veooz.com also has interest in Ghana news and captured a mere prediction not to talk of the President's speech, and the opposition leader, and the general overview of the ordinary Ghanaian. Let us not think we are talking to Ghanaians or the people in the sub region, but the world at large,” he said.

According to him, the media must “Forget the issue of your Political affiliation, religious, socio cultural and act within the bases of your work and also have the country at heart. I am most grateful to Peacefmonline.com and the international fronts like BBC Africa, CNN and German Media for publishing my articles and I shall continue to Pray for better Wisdom and Guidance from our Creator.”
