President of the Ghana Boxing Authority, Peter Zwennes, says the Nii Lante Vanderpuije-led Sports Ministry has misplaced priorities.
According to the legal luminary, the countless promises by past ministers reflect the impossibility to implement any new idea in the sports sector.
"But for Vanderpuije, he is being optimistic with his promises but as an individual it is beyond him.
“Truth be told, the Sports Ministry has no priorities. We keep hearing countless promises from minister after minister, saying we will do this or that [but] for other sports nothing is forthcoming.
"As for Nii Lante Vanderpuije, he is doing his best by giving the assurances as to what he can do, I am not sure. Because he is not the final decision taker on any day”, he told Starr Sports.
