The battle of celebrity endorsement of Presidential candidates in the wake of the 2016 general elections according to NPP’s Nana Akomea is very laudable.

The Communications Director of the opposition New Patriotic Party [NPP] noted that his flagbearer is likely to amass majority of the endorsement ahead of President John Dramani Mahama.

He explained that, Nana Addo’s ideologies for the country have been accepted by majority of the electorates; hence, they will not hesitate to publicly throw their support at him.

“Nana Addo has captured most of the prominent celebrities with his vision for the country and it’s not surprising they are endorsing him,” he said in an interview with NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’

His comment comes after, veteran actor; Agya Koo launched agenda 57% for Nana Addo – also award winning Hiplife artist, Kwaw kese has vouched to vote for Nana Addo and contemporary gospel musician, Ckwesi Oteng has also declared his support for the NPP flagbearer.

Nana Akomea welcomed their move to the ‘Elephant’ fraternity and noted that, their support will help the party clinch power in the upcoming election.
