Actress, Bibi Bright, has organised a health screening exercise in the Northern Region for the needy and the marginalised in society.
The actress-cum movie producer used her endorsement opportunity as she organised a well-attended health screening for the people of Bole in the Northern Region.
Speaking via phone with Entertainment Today, Bibi Bright said: “my initiative, Compassion For Change felt the need to embark on a massive health screening for the people of Bole and its suburbs in the Northern Region.”
According to her, the health screening was an avenue to educate the people of Bole on how they should keep their communities and environs clean to help fight diseases.
When asked why she embarked on such health screening for the rural communities in the North, she said: “there are so many challenges facing the people in the Northern Region.”
The adorable actress noted that the elderly needs medical support more than any other person.
She gathered during the screening that many people until the screening could not afford the cost of paracetamol.
Although she said her outfit could not to cover other districts, she was hopeful they will do it another time.
