Songwriting is no joke; for one to write a song, that person has to know the melodies, chord progressions for the song and more, so it’s an act that needs to be mastered.
Some artistes are blessed with writing their own songs but to some, they also rely on others to have their songs written for them.
In Ghana, most of our artistes here don’t write their own songs, they rely on people to write their songs for them, and multiple award-winning act, MzVee is no exception.
Rapper Edem once disclosed that MzVee and her rival, Kaakie cannot in anyway beef because they don’t write their own songs. Well, MzVee has finally opened up.
MzVee on Whatsapp TV disclosed that he doesn’t write her own songs, and that she has writers.
When asked about the motivation behind the songs she churned out, she openly confessed that “Well, I don’t write my own songs, people do write for me but I do collaborate and also bring out ideas, so I would say my songs are inspired by everything.” MzVee right there letting the whole world know that she’s not got it when it comes to writing of songs.
She is set to host her Tip Toe concert come the 29th of October, 2016.
MzVee adds up to the likes of Kaakie, Becca who don’t write their own songs.
