Member of Parliament for Dome – Kwabenya in the Greater Accra Region, Adwoa Safo has dismissed rumours that she once dated Dancehall artiste, Samini.
The have been rumours over the years that the lawyer cum politician was madly in love with the musician and were in a blissful relationship which was the envy of many people, but Adwoa Safo insist the claims are baseless and must be treated with the contempt that it deserve.
Speaking to Bola Ray on Starr Chat on Starr FM Wednesday, the charming daughter of the renowned inventor and manufacturer, Apostle Kwadwo Safo stated that she only had a platonic relationship with the award winning musician. “I never dated Samini, we were very good friends, my brother was actually part of his team that came up with the “Linda” hit song at the beginning when Samini was not Samini. He was a very close friend of the family and he still is.”
Meanwhile, the MP has confirmed that she dated maverick politician Kennedy Agyepong and has two kids with him.
