Ghanaians Have Already Made Mahama Winner - Nii Amasah Namoale

Member of Parliament (MP) for the La Dadekotopon Constituency, Hon. Nii Amasah Namoale has said that Ghanaians have already given President John Mahama the mandate to continue leading the country.

To him, the National Democratic Congress [NDC] has been able to put in place some structures needed in the party due to sequence of criticisms from the camp of the largest opposition party, thinking they were bothering them.

During a panel discussion on UTV’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ programme, Nii Amasah Namoale in reference to his party’s final campaign in the Greater Accra today noted “Ex-president Jerry John Rawlings would not make any difference nor cause any crime if he does not join our final rally, even though authorities in charge served him an official letter. He [Ex-President Rawlings] can choose to be with the affairs of his wife’s party, her daughter's or the party he toiled to form.”

“I followed the foot-steps of Ex- President Jerry John Rawlings which has led me where I am today. I believe him and as well aware of the influential decisions he can make within the shortest possible time.

“There is no problem with him desiring to attend any of the functions of his choice I have mentioned earlier.”

He accused the New Patriotic Party [NPP] of repeating works President John Dramani Mahama had already done as its promises just to confuse Ghanaians.

“The NPP throughout its 2016 campaign season have made a lot of noise about one-district, one- factory, which to me is a penalty shot that President John Dramani Mahama has kicked years ago.”
