Voting started without glitches in the Kpando Constituency when the exercise commenced at 0700 hours this morning.
According to Mr Ernest Baffuor, Kpando Director of Electoral Commission, all voting materials were dispatched on time, a vindication of the event-free start of the exercise.
He was optimistic of a smooth voting exercise by the end of polls at 1700hours.
Mr Baffuor said the cooperation from major stakeholders have been encouraging so far.
Visits to 11 polling centres by the Ghana News Agency as at 0845hours, showed methodical voting processes, with those who have gone through successfully, yet to gross the 100 mark.
