Presidential candidate of the People’s National Convention (PNC), Dr Edward Mahama has congratulated the NPP’s flagbearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the “Winner” of the 2016 Presidential elections.

The PNC candidate posted the congratulatory message on his Facebook wall and called on other candidates to do same.

“I will like to congratulate Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of the NPP for winning the 2016 general elections based on my projections. I call on my other contenders to do same. This is a victory for all Ghana. I will be meeting the press in the morning.” He posted

Even though the authenticity of Dr. Mahama’s Facebook account is questionable – Nana Addo has reposted the goodwill message on his Instagram account.
