Fellow Ghanaians, as we celebrate the birth of our redeemer Jesus Christ, I wish to extend my warmest seasonal greetings to you all.
The season of warmth, joy and good cheer is here and let us celebrate it in unity and love.
I pray God rains good things on the lives of every Ghanaians and take away every bad thing that awaits the country in 2017.
We are one people with a common destiny and this should remind us to learn to forgive one another.
I also want to thank the people of Ashanti Region especially Otumfuo Nana Osei Tutu II, COP Kofi Boakye and all NPP members who ensured my toil to get the NPP into power was not defeated.
Finally, I want to congratulate President-elect Nana Akufo- Addo and his vice Dr. Bawumia, whose victory has brought hope to Ghanaians. May the good Lord continue to show them the way.
