Another Group Writes To President Akufo-Addo On Hon. Adiome
National Youth Ambassadors is a youth oriented pressure group that have led the advocate against tribal politics, politics of insults and stand for the Ghanaian youth on issues that directly or indirectly affect them.
We have lived by our motto that is “the future is us”- the future is indeed for the youth and as such we have to take full responsibility of all our actions and inaction for the future.
We will use this opportunity to congratulate your unprecedented victory and your subsequent attainment of the highest seat in our beloved country; we trust that Ghana will work again with the great minds you have appointed and would appoint to respective offices.
We write to notify you of the fact that some members of parliament do not share the believe and philosophy of the New Patriotic Party, referencing to the advice of our ex-president Mahama to your humble self that be careful of people around you and your government for these people will be the very once to pull you down the drain.
We see this as a revelation sent by God through him to you. A particular example is Hon. Kwabena Owusu Adiome the MP for Ejisu constituency; he has been in bed with the NDC to the extent that he was not even campaigning for you in the just ended polls.
He tried in several heights to pull you down, a critical example is his comment that you are not an engineer or a road contractor after your comment on the inflation of the cost of constructing roads in the country by the Mahama led administration.
The National Youth Ambassadors view such a person as an enemy in disguised and must not be celebrated or even entertained.
It is our prayer that the NPP would not celebrate and condone mediocrity in our government especially at this period that Ghanaians need us to perform and savage them from poverty.
We are reminding you of your promise to the good people of Ghana that you will not fail us. We trust that you will not fail us and you will appoint competent people who also believe and share the same vision of the big elephant family.
