Very Reverend Dr Livingstone Buama, former Moderator of the Evangelical Presbyterian (EP) Church, Ghana, has observed that spirituality was about passion for God and compassion for fellow men. "It is there and then that one's life can flow with milk and honey," he stated. Very Rev. Buama was addressing the Golden Jubilee celebration of the Akatsi branch of the EP Church at the weekend. It has the theme; "50 Years of Existence -Restoration is Assured". He observed that Christianity came with repentance and faith in Christ rather than ceremonial activities. "The totality of Christian life is love," Rev Dr Buama declared. Mr Joseph Amenowode, Volta Regional Minister, in a speech read for him, said government would do nothing to jeopardize the good relations between it and the Church. He urged the church to be neutral and objective over national issues. Mr Amenowode appealed to the youth to take advantage of government's programmes which sought to help them to become productive.
