Mr Alfonso Libano Daurella head of a delegation of Equatorial Coca Cola Bottling Company at a meeting with the President of Ghana, Prof. John Atta Mills Tuesday also said Coca Cola has offered employment to many Ghanaians. President Mills assured the delegation that the government is determined to work towards enhancing a favourable investment climate for the country. He said government would work towards ensuring security and safety of investors while developing the requisite infrastructure that would make Ghana a centre piece of international investment attraction. He said creating an ideal investment regime for Ghana had been a concern for his administration as entrepreneurs would be key partners in creating employment and bringing in revenue that were needed for development projects. But at the same time, they are expected to abide by ethical standards and comply with statutory regulations governing their organisations, he said. President Mills challenged the management of Coca Cola to expand its bottling services beyond Accra and Kumasi.
