Portugal: Plane Crashes Into Supermarket

A PLANE has crashed into a supermarket car park in Portugal.

The aircraft, believed to be carrying two people is said to have exploded in mid-air.

It came down near the Lidl Supermarket in Tires near the coastal town of Cascais 20 miles west of Lisbon.

It is not known at this stage how many people are dead or injured, although local reports say there are casualties.
