Abdul Razak Not Disappointed To Miss Out On Black Stars Job

Ghanaian Coach Abdul Razak says he is not disappointed to lose out on the Black Stars job.

Razak was one of the three local Coaches to apply for the Black Stars position following the departure of Avram Grant.

The ex-Kotoko Coach could not make the cut for the interview after reportedly failing to meet the criteria required by the Ghana Football Association.

“I am not disappointed even though I was confident I could land the job but everything is not lost, so far as we are still alive there are more things ahead,” he told Kasapa.

“For now we just have to support our Appiah, he has been given the job and he needs our support to succeed.”

Abdul Razak remains one of the decorated Coaches in Ghana having led Asante Kotoko to the Ghana Premier League title.

He has also managed Stade Malian and AS Bamako supervising the two teams to the League title in Mali.
