OBAA SIMA FOUNDATION CONGRATULATES MOTHERS

Motherhood is a great opportunity and honour bestowed on women. It is a great privilege to be called a mother.

However, not only women who biologically bring forth children are mothers. Every woman who has love, affection and compassion for humankind and contributes her quota to the creation of a better world is a Mother.

On this special occasion of Mother's Day, Obaa Sima Foundation (mbaa Boadi) duffs our hats out to all the hard working women and mothers who sacrifice their blood and sweat in making homes out of houses, men and woman out of children, and generations out individuals.

We celebrate all Mothers and salute their hard work and sacrifices.

While celebrating mothers, we also recognize the Fathers who are playing motherly roles in support of their families, and call for more support for women, girls and children.

We at Obaa Sima Foundation dedicate our efforts to the eradication of all barriers and hindrances that turn to negatively erode the development and progress of women through the provision of tailor-made solutions to problems bothering women and children.

Obaa Sima on this special occasion join hands with YOA foundation, founded by Bishop Dr. Yaw Owusu Ansah to support Cerebral Palsy Children, to celebrate these special mothers who have toiled for their children in spite of the stigmatisation and discrimination from family and the society.

We say Ayekoo to them and wish them a Happy Mother's Day.

Our doors are always open to women and children.

Happy Mother's Day
