MP donates cement to Kintampo Municipal Hospital

Mr. Stephen Kunsu, MP for Kintampo North, has donated 120 bags of cement and 10 trips of sand towards the construction of a fence wall around Kintampo Municipal Hospital. He said he would liaise with some non-governmental organisations and companies to get more support for the project. Mr Kunsu said he would do everything possible to support the municipal health administration to deliver quality health care to the people. Dr. Damien Punguyire, Medical Superintendent of Kintampo Municipal Hospital, thanked the MP for his quick response to an appeal by the hospital management. He acknowledged the receipt of 20 bags each from a traditional chief and two businessmen in Kintampo. Glimpse of Hope, an NGO based in the USA, has also donated two washing machines to assist in setting up laundry services at the hospital. The Medical Superintendent thanked the donors and appealed to other individuals and organisations help make the hospital a first class primary health facility.
