GLICO Group Unveils New Staff Uniform As A Renewed Commitment To The Value Of Professionalism

GLICO GROUP, a leading insurance and financial services provider in Ghana has out-doored new staff uniforms for all non-management staff.

The out-dooring of the new staff uniforms was a reminder to staff of one of the values the company embodies-professionalism-as it renews it commitment to all policyholders and stakeholders in their thirtieth year of successful business operations.

Unveiling the new staff uniforms, the Group Human Resource Director, Mrs. Stella Agyenim-Boateng, advised staff to eschew lackadaisical attitudes towards service delivery. She challenged staff to let the outward appearance of the new uniforms reflect in the professional nature of service delivery.

She remarked unequivocally that “thirty years of successful business operations has been attained as a result of dedication and professionalism. As we begin a new decade of excellence, let’s up the scale on customer service delivery by demonstrating that we walk-the-talk and indeed cushion all for life”.

The inauguration of the new staff uniforms was held at the GLICO head Office in Adabraka. Management and staff of GLICO were treated to an afternoon of music and cat-walk session of staff modelling the new uniforms with delightful glee.

GLICO GROUP begun operations in 1987 as a Life insurance company (GLICO LIFE) and has over the past thirty (30) years grown and developed to a group status of six (6) reputable companies, operating in the insurance, financial, pension, healthcare and properties market: GLICO Life, GLICO General Insurance Co. Ltd GLICO Capital, GLICO Pensions Trustee Ltd, GLICO Healthcare Ltd, and GLICO Properties Ltd.

Today, GLICO’s growth is indeed a testament of the hard work of the Board, management and staff who continue to churn out suitable and innovative products and services in a highly competitive market. Instrumentally, GLICO continues to maintain its leadership position in the financial and insurance industry.
