Geraldine�s stay in the BIG BROTHER REVOLUTION house came to an end during Sunday�s eleventh live Eviction Show after she failed to garner enough votes from Africa to keep her in the game. Despite only having received one nomination last Monday, the Nigerian was put up for eviction by Head of House Itai when he saved himself. Mozambique�s Lizha James kicked off the show with her high energy hit �Nita Mukuma Kwini� before IK rolled inserts reminding viewers of the week that was and detailing Leonel�s first day outside the house. Then it was time for Itai to reveal how he had used his power as Head of House to influence the nominations this week. He was quick to admit that he had saved himself, but it took some coaxing to get him to reveal that he had replaced himself with Geraldine. After another performance by Lizha James, this time featuring Mandoza on �Voodoo�, it was time to get down to the serious business of eviction. IK accepted the dreaded envelope from the Alexander Forbes representative and took viewers inside the house. After a short pause, he revealed that Geraldine would be the 19th housemate to be evicted from BIG BROTHER REVOLUTION. As the tearful Nigerian arrived on stage after bidding the housemates farewell, she declared that her eviction wasn�t unexpected, but still surprising. �I knew Itai was gonna put me up � we don�t get along,� she told IK. Getting straight to her Molotov Cocktail, which would see one housemate having to dress up in a chicken suit for the next week, Geraldine�s choice was �obviously, obviously, obviously Itai�, giving him his second successive Molotov - and fourth in total. IK�s line of questioning turned to relationships in the house as he quizzed her about Kaone and Leonel. �No chance�, she said of Kaone, before telling Africa that she saw Leonel as a �baby� and a friend. �I enjoyed being around him, enjoyed his company, but he�s not my type,� she said. Commenting on her strategy, Geraldine said that it initially took her a while to get used to not having her twin sister around, which helped her keep a low profile at the beginning of the game � and therefore not get nominated. She said that being away from her sister � for the first time � had taught her how to be on her own and that her newfound independence would allow her to travel and take on the world on her own now, if she needed to. She admitted regretting not getting to know her fellow housemates better and unsurprisingly revealed that she would like to see Itai evicted next. �You�ve never liked him and always said you never trusted him � why is that?� asked IK. �In the beginning, I saw myself getting close to Itai but as the weeks when on, we just kept fighting and just didn�t get along,� she replied. Asked about those who she did get along with, she named Kevin, Eddie and Nkenna and saying she would like to see fellow Nigerians Kevin or Nkenna walk away with the big prize. IK reminded her about Kaone attempting to teach her to play guitar, which had her shedding tears. �Kaone gave me so much inspiration, but when he left, it was over,� she said. �Now that I�ve left I�m going to keep learning and I�m going to be the best at everything � the best lawyer, the best guitarist, everything�. Geraldine revealed that given the chance to do it all again, she would have been louder and more stubborn, but still fundamentally the same person. She said she�d like to stay in touch with nearly everyone from the house � especially Kaone and the 6 remaining housemates. With that, she left the stage, taking with her $2804 in her money pot. Geraldine�s eviction was a landslide, with Angola, Botswana, South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, Namibia, Malawi, Zimbabwe and Uganda choosing to keep Emma over her. Only Ethiopia, Mozambique, Nigeria and the Rest of Africa wanted Geraldine to stay. Now the remaining 6 housemates are just two weeks away from discovering who will win the USD200 000 grand prize.
