Sellas Tetteh Eyes Wafu Trophy

Sellas Tetteh is in buoyant mood ahead of Liberty Professionals' participation in this weekend's Wafu tournament in Togo. Liberty left Accra on Tuesday night ahead of the championship which includes three other teams. The Danosman-based side progressed after victories over Burkinabe side Asfa Yennega and Sunshine FC from Nigeria in the qualifying rounds. The revamped West African tournament kicks start on Friday and the head coach is positive about their chances. "We are confident of doing well in the championship to once again put the name of Ghana on a high note,"Tetteh told Ghanasoccernet.com "We were very impressive during the qualifyinng round and I am hopeful we can contiue in that regard. "We lost in our last premier league match against AshGold, but we have gone back to the drawing board and rectify the problem and I am covinced we will forge ahead."
