Founder and leader of Glorious Wave Church International, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi has advised women not marry poor men.
According to him, women who marry poor men do so out of ignorance.
In an interview with Host Akua Sonto on the SONTO SHOW, Prophet Badu Kobi added that, men are supposed to be the head of family and as such must always have the capacity to provide for the family.
He explained that, if a man is not financially sound, he must not be in any relationship especially marriage.
“If a man is not financially sound, then he must not be in a relationship in the first place, women are precious and must be kept as such.
He noted that, the increased rate of divorce in Ghana and beyond is because women make the wrong choices at most times.
How can you marry a guy who can’t feed you three times a day”? Prophet Badu quizzed.
He challenged women to be servant and not slave.
Prophet Badu Kobi noted that, marriage is a companionship and an institution of understanding, adding that in the absence of understanding no marriage will work.
He furthered that, women who respect themselves always earn the respect of men as well. He however caution wives to be very submissive to their husbands for fruitful and lasting marriage.
“Wives must be very submissive to their husbands if they want a fruitful and lasting marriage because husbands are the head of the family”. The Seer advised women to be very honest to their men and come clear when it comes to sex since it plays a pivotal role in every relationship.
“Sex is very important, thus every woman must be honest and clear with her man, and you should tell him whether you are big or small because sex plays a high pivotal role in every relationship” He however advised men to be financially sound before going in for someone’s daughter to marry.
