Former Vice President, Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur has said the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will beat the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), come 2020.
According to the former Vice President, the NPP government led by President Nana Akufo-Addo has failed Ghanaians.
He made this statement during his "Touching base" visit to observe and monitor the ongoing branch level elections in the Obuasi East and West Constituencies in the Ashanti Region.
He also monitored the Kunka and Obuasi Zongo branch elections among others where newly elected members were sworn into office.
Mr. Amissah-Arthur congratulated the newly elected Branch Executives and charged them to eschew acts of divisions and work hard to recapture political power in the next elections.
He was accompanied by former Ashanti regional Minister, Alex Ackon and Regional Organizer Alhaji Sane.
