Declaration Of Monday 29TH DECEMBER, 2009 As A Public Holiday The General Public is hereby reminded that Friday 25th December 2009, Christmas Day is a Statutory Public Holiday and should be observed as such throughout the country. In view of the fact that 26th December 2009, which is Boxing Day falls on a Saturday His Excellency the President has by Executive Instrument declared Monday, 28th December 2009 as a Public Holiday, and it should be observed as such.
