The National Election Committee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has released a list of aspirants who after a thorough vetting, have been approved to contest for the positions they applied in the upcoming elections.
According to a statement signed and issued by the NEC Secretary, Evans Nimako, the approved aspirants met the qualifications criteria set out by the Committee.
“The aspirants will be presented to the Delegates at the National Annual Delegates Conference to be held in Koforidua on Saturday, 7th day of July, 2018 for a decision to be taken on them the ballot.” the statement mentioned.
