Alex Incoom Receives 100% Endorsement As Asene-Manso-Akroso DCE
Assembly members of the newly created Asene-Manso-Akroso district has fully endorsed President Nana Akufo-Addo's nominee for the position of the District Chief Executive (DCE), Alex Incoom.
The members and resident of the districts believe Alex Incoom is the right candidate to hold the office, looking at his credentials and hard work.
In an election to select the DCE for the new district, the electorates gave him their 100 percent votes and were optimistic he will execute his official duties effectively.
Speaking in an interview with UTV news, Mr. Incoom stated that his vision is to build the district beyond the District Assemblies Common Fund by utilizing the economic potentials of the district.
He also called on the people to cooperate with him to materialize his vision.
Present at the function were the Eastern Regional Minister, Eric Kwakye Daffour and Senior Minister, Yaw Osafo Marfo.
The Regional Minister underscored the importance of the creation of districts as part of the government's initiative to decentralize the country to ensure an even allocation of the national cake.
