Managing Director of the Despite Group media conglomerate, Fadda Dickson Narh, has been honoured with a doctorate degree award conferred by the Alfred Nobel University, under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Ukraine.

Consequently, the management of  Confederation of Governance Assessment Institute (COGAI), the body empowered to recommend people for doctorate degree, under the auspices of Ukraine Ministry of Education and Bureau of Research on Governance, Commerce and Administration (BORGCA) presented a citation to him at a colourful ceremony at the University of Ghana, Legon.

Assessing the phenomenal and unparalleled managerial role by Fadda Dickson in media and national development, the Alfred Nobel University, one of the topmost and credible Universities in Ukraine on Saturday, August 4, 2018 which conferred an Honorary Doctorate degree on him, said the outstanding MD has over the years proven peerless and a force to reckon with so far as media management is concerned in the country.

Fadda Dickson has successfully run and is still steering affairs of the media conglomerate comprising Peace FM, Peace FM Online, Okay FM, Neat FM, Hello FM and UTV, hence earning the accolade the "Godfather" of Ghana's media.

The Dean of Research of the University, Prof. Eugene Cronoff with the approval of the school's Academic Council  and a delegation from Ukraine in a citation presented to Fadda Dickson read "Honorary Doctorate Degree, approval by the Academic Council, 6th May, 2018 (Protocol No.002) the Degree of Honorary Doctorate of Alfred Nobel University is bestowed upon Fadda Dickson Narh".

Dr. Fadda Dickson was also given an ambassadorial position for Hepatitis B campaign by the Save The Liver Foundation and the Ghana Health Service to help educate Ghanaians against the disease.
